OPENING NIGHT

April 29, 2017

April 29 marked the official opening of Subiartco. It was a wonderful night with many special guests, including art lovers and curators, small businesses and North Ward Councillor for the City of Subiaco Stephanie Stroud, who gave a beautiful speech about the importance of art in the community. Councillor Stroud officially opened the gallery. Connie Petrillo from St John of God Hospital also attended the event, with Subiartco pledging ten percent of all sales from the opening night for research into better health outcomes for patients and the community. The funds were officially donated on May 12, 2017. Subiartco also officially thanked QUBE Developers for allowing the artists to showcase their work in the vacant spaces.
