GINA BLAKEMORE

Gina is an Australian acrylics visual artist and is inspired by her love of colour. Gina  specialises in Australian landscapes, flowers, fauna and opals, pets and abstract expressionist paintings. She is following her dream of being an exhibiting artist and is  based in Applecross, Western Australia.
Gina is a multi award winning artist. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Design, majoring in advertising, winning the copy writing and art direction prizes for her graduating year. 
Gina has worked in advertising, art direction, design, copy writing and computer game and newspaper production in Perth, Western Australia, London and Cambridge, UK, from 1989 through 1996. Worked in technical writing and design in San Diego, USA, from 1997 through 2001.  Worked as a visual artist in Houston, USA, from 2001 and Perth, Western Australia, from 2009 until the present.
Gina welcomes commissions and can also paint your favourite places and pets  from photos.
